Adding Music to the Water

SwiMP3 was released into the market and was quickly regarded by TIME Magazine as one of the top inventions for 2005. Three years later the new player looks much better, the controls have been built directly into the side panels and the memory capacity was increased to 1GB (not much but more than enough for all the swimming I can handle in a day). This player integrates a revolutionary technology as it relies on bone conduction of sound providing you high-fidelity underwater. It's also versatile enough to support both MP3 and WMA playlists. The only downside is that this handy gadget will increase the price of your swimming practice...

Tag Galaxy

This is a a great way to search for Flickr photos. Tag Galaxy provides a 3D search engine (it's actually a photo-sphere you can spin around with the mouse) with visual representations of any data you'd like to find inside Flickr. You can insert an initial tag to search or choose a popular one. Once you find a picture you like, click it to have a look and click it again to get a close up and link directly to the Flickr profile of the photo's user.

Earth album alpha

Earth album alpha is a mash up of google earth and flickr so it's definitely an interesting way of wandering the planet plus you can get an iPhone App for it here.

Wisebread

Wisebread has got a great motto! This site is a great travel resource list for anyone who wants to travel on a low budget -and who doesn't?- plus and if you are interested you can also check good tips on personal finances, frugal living, careers and income and tons of other handy things.

World Clock

Statistics are worth what they are but they may well be addictive...You can check several yearly, monthly, weekly or today's statistics here.

Aardvark

The name is somehow unpronounceable but the idea behind it sounds great. If you like to learn and share knowledge or even trivial things, this is the right site for you. By the way..this site was recently bought by google.

Cooliris

I think it's always a good exercise to try something new each day. Cooliris for instance, can be downloaded for Google Chrome and is the official media app for Google's new superphone Nexus One. Have a look at it here.
